Katherine Spines
President, Portfolio Manager and Analyst
Katherine's investment career began in 1981 when she became a health care and consumer stock analyst with Founders Mutual Funds Corporation in Denver. Four years later she moved to Cambiar Investors, Inc., a Denver investment management firm, as portfolio manager and analyst. Katherine joined Hamil Capital Management as Executive Vice President and Equity Investment Officer in 1993. She founded HCM Investors, Inc. in April of 1996 and is currently the President. Katherine earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado and an MBA in Finance from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Katherine is a member of the CFA Society of Colorado and the CFA Institute. Katherine served on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Health Care Finance Authority from February 1996 to September 2007. Katherine directs the HCM Investors, Inc. Investment Committee.

Terry Robinette
Vice President, Portfolio Manager and Analyst
Terry's investment career began in 1983 when she joined Founders Mutual Fund Corporation. She co-managed the option portfolio for Founders Income Fund and served as technology analyst. In 1987, Terry moved to New York City as a senior analyst for The Dreyfus Corporation. She returned to Colorado and, from 1989-1992, served as Manager of Business Planning for Solbourne Computer, Inc., in Longmont. Beginning in 1992 through 1995 Terry conducted competitive market analysis for Storage Technology Corporation, J.D. Edwards, and other Colorado companies on a contract basis. Terry joined Hamil Capital Management as a portfolio manager in February of 1995. Terry co-founded HCM Investors, Inc. in April of 1996 and is currently vice-president. Terry holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City and an MBA from the University of Denver. Terry is a former adjunct faculty member in the Finance Department, College of Business Administration, University of Denver.
